For a 5 star hotel everything was perfect, I loved to be here. The breakfast was tasty, delicious with gluten free options and also eggs made to order. The staff was cooperative, amiable, and responded promptly to requests.

I loved the nice building of this outstanding hotel and its peaceful location.

Their breakfast was very disappointing.

The property was quirky with excellent co-operating staff from the pleasant doorman, I loved my stay. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to the train station, the Duomo, the center.

I loved the hotel, it was delightful and fairly clean. The lounge area served lots of meals for breakfast.

Everything was great and the staff were pleasant. The room was airy with balcony and had central heating, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, were waiting for us in the friendly reception. The restaurant was nice on one dinner, it had tasty dishes.

Our stay was a fabulous experience. Fantastic hotel, we liked its central location short walk to the city centre, the really nice California Bakery and Piazza del Duomo e via Monte Napoleone.

Everything was wonderful from staff, who were pretty friendly, to the brilliant location. Rooms were budget and themed with own bathroom.

The breakfast was above average, the location was fab. Staff were lovely friendly, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown. I loved that Piazza Tricolore bus station was really close to the venue. The bed was great and the room itself was modest. Impeccably clean hotel, efficient service.

Really liked staying there, I strongly recommend the hotel. The rooms were bright, the staff were outstanding. The breakfast was absolutely superb and had lots of food.

The whole experience was fantastic. Respectful staff, easy location, gorgeous and absolutely fabulous rooms. And it also had absolutely brilliant view.

With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was small.

This hotel was amazing base for exploring Milan, appreciated it. The rooms with a lovey bathroom, round bed. Location: the venue was just next door to numerous bars, attractions in Milan and the number 9 tram which shuttles people directly to the canal district where there are more options for restaurants. The hotel of choice in Milan.

It was a cool hotel - I loved perfect staff and pleasant location. They made my stay superb! Room was budget, common, with a fine bed. The breakfast was lovely - variety of food. Quick check-in, easy check-out.

Our superior queen room was brand-new and brand-new with soft beds. Breakfast offered variety of food and was plentiful. Very central location, not too far from piazza del duomo. The beach nearby was nice and the view was excellent. Had delicious drinks in the sky bar in the evening.

Clean place with PLEASANT staff and location. I enjoyed a perfect decor and dark furniture. You could walk to the shops and supermarket.

With the help of the funny staff, we had a warm stay. The rooms were immaculate and their breakfast was free. Appreciated air conditioning, Wi-Fi and coffee in the room.

The place was kind, we liked it. The breakfast staff was always available on the time of our arrival. Reasonable sized room with a SUCH WONDERFUL view over the inner courtyard. Prime location to a shopping mall. The cocktail bar was comfortable and the drinks were complimentary.

Wonderful location, beds were exceptionally comfortable and room was silent. The gourmet restaurant was top, helpful service. Walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centers across the street. Very delightful stay in a trendy boutique hotel.

Bed was extra comfy, the room was not only absolutely wonderful, but also normal. Free hot drinks at downstairs bar, unparalleled service. There was an elegant restaurant, a supermarket and a mall next door.

Really good stay. Savory dishes were served at the gourmet restaurant. Gorgeous lobby...

we greatly enjoyed location and rooms - just nice. regards to your valet. the bed is comfortable, slept really good. within walking distance of into street, where you can have lunch.

Espresso, champagnes and wines in the bar. Amazing service from the staff. Even the Linate airport was not so far: )

Sforzesco castle was within walking distance. A perfect hotel. The restaurant was located within 900 feet.
